Tim Colohan, JDPSN received Inka from Zen Master Robert Moore on June 28, 2008; in the ceremony he received the title of Jido Popsa-nim which roughly translated from the Korean means Honored Dharma Master and is parallel to the title of Sensei bestowed in Japanese Lineages. Popsa-nim has served as the Abbot of the Zen Center since 2007 and began practicing with Zen Master Moore in the late nineteen-eighties.

Colohan JDPSN, is a senior student of Zen Master Robert Moore and has been practicing Zen and Qigong for more than 23 years. Tim is on the board of directors setS the tone and flavor of practice at the Zen Center and is the person to go to with questions about practice forms, practice programs or your personal direction in regards to Buddhism. Tim organizes and carries out all of the training programs at the Golden wind Zen Center and assures that students receive the proper education and training. He leads the Sunday Morning Practice and is available for Consulting Interviews during the Sunday Morning Practice.

Colohan JDPSN has a long standing interest in Art and has worked on many Hollywood Movies. Tim is currently the Art Director on the popular TV series "E.R." as well as being an accomplished artist.
